Early access · Built for catch-up bookkeeping

Find the missing March before you start the catch-up.

Years of bank statements. One clean spreadsheet. We're building LedgerStitch to turn a whole account's PDF bank statements into one clean CSV, and to show you which months are missing and which statements don't balance before anything goes into the books.

One file, not 36

Designed to take a whole account's PDF bank statements, in any order, and turn them into one clean CSV. No retyping, no copy-paste between PDFs.

A balance check on every month

Built to add each statement's transactions to its opening balance and compare the result with the closing balance, so a month that doesn't tie stands out.

See the gaps first

Designed to flag missing months across the whole run of statements, so you can ask the client for everything at the start, not halfway through.

How it works

How LedgerStitch is designed to work

  1. 1

    Upload the statements

Drop in the PDF bank statements for one account. Mixed order is fine.

  2. 2

    Review the checks

See which statements balance, which don't, and which months are missing, before anything goes into the books.

  3. 3

    Download one CSV

Get one clean CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, ready for your own review.

LedgerStitch is still being built. Early access members help shape what ships first.

Balance check

Each statement, checked against its own balances

The check is simple on purpose: opening balance plus transactions should equal the closing balance printed on the statement. When a month doesn't tie, LedgerStitch is designed to flag it, so you know which month to look at first.

  • Designed to call out gaps between statement periods
  • Designed to flag statements that don't balance before you export
  • A balance check is one arithmetic test, so you still review the output

FAQ

Questions, answered

When can I start?

LedgerStitch is still being built. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when early access opens.

What is LedgerStitch?

A tool we're building for catch-up bookkeeping: drop in a whole account's PDF bank statements and get one clean CSV, plus a list of missing months and statements that don't balance.

Which statements is it being built for?

We're starting with text-based (digital) PDF bank statements, the kind you download from online banking. Scans and photos won't be supported at launch.

Will I need to connect my bank account?

No. LedgerStitch is designed around the statement PDFs you already have. It won't ask for bank logins.

How do I get in touch?
